We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the footwear in its original box and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
